The 18 hole Las Terrazas de La Torre golf course is currently in the planning and design stage. A desert style has been the initial choice, full of native plants and bushes. The inclusion of palm trees into the landscape will give the course an elegant touch, with reminiscences of those designed by Nicklaus at Lake in Las Vegas.

The eye-catching sports offering at Las Terrazas de la Torre covers 10,000 m2, with a large variety of facilities: social club with fitness centre, snack bar, locker rooms and complementary services, swimming pool, five tennis courts, a multisport court, two paddle ball courts, and two squash courts.

A large lake will be built in the centre of the resort, with plans for a encircling promenade. A 3,500 m2 island will feature a restaurant, bar and apartments.
For greater resident convenience, a large number of green areas will be developed throughout the resort, equipped with street furniture and children´s games.
